SMART CARD MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENTS
After 8 years in manufacturing small and medium series of smart cards, BG Ingénierie has develops news equipments dedicated to produce those specific small series. Those "desktop" equipments allow to produce from 350 cards per hour, and are very easy and straight forward to use. Combine several of them and you can easily increase your production capacity to 500, 1000, 2000 cards per hour, keeping flexibility of production.
Our production lab is today equipped with 1 chip punch, 2 milling machines and 2 chip implanting machines, giving us a capacity production of more than 2 millions cards per year.

Element for smart card milling of the cavity. Accept any dimension of chips (8.32x11mm, 10.8x13mm, 11.8x13mm, etc...).
