After more than 8 years in specific smart card manufacturing in small series, BG Ingénierie completes its offer and number of references of chips, cards and services around the smart cards.
Independent smartcard manufacturer, BG Ingénierie proposes the implanting services of any type of contact chip (I²C memory, secure memory, cryptomemory, microprocessor...), on any card body (blank, printed, with or without magstripe, on contactless card, etc...).
Working with all chip suppliers (Atmel, Infinéon, ST Micro, Gemalto, Oberthur, G&D...) and contacless solution providers (HID, Mifare, Hitag, Legic, EM Marin, etc...), BG Ingénierie proposes the flexibility by combining any contact chip with any card body.
Equiped with specific equipments developped for small and medium series production, one of BG Ingénierie's force is its reactivity with short delivery times. Our production capacity is more than 2 million cards per year, for small and medium series going from 1 card to few hundred thousands of cards.
BG Ingénierie proposes different services linked to the world of smart card production: SIM-GSM punch, card wrapping, card or chip programming, graphic personnalisation, card printing, etc... Being always listening to customer's demands, our comapny supplies accessories around the smart card world: contact and contactless readers, thermal transfer and retransfer printers, etc...
Our production lab is also fitted with test equipments (developped internally) in order to validate quality of product supplied.
